Véya makes Himalayan Pink Salt Lily Seed Pops — popped water lily seeds (Euryale ferox) roasted in ghee and finished with a single salt. Three ingredients, full stop.
The category is emerging and almost entirely unclaimed at the elevated end. Existing products lean either health-food or traditional in their packaging; Véya is built to be desirable before anyone reads the label — as at home in an editorial spread as it is on a shelf. We roast in ghee rather than olive or seed oils, which is both the more authentic preparation and a genuinely better-tasting one.
We launch with one SKU and a roadmap that runs well past it: additional lily seed flavors, new Ayurvedic pairings, and adjacent Indian snack and sweet categories.
