Why ghee, and not oil

THE FAT IS
THE POINT.

Almost every popped lily seed snack on the shelf is made with olive oil or a seed oil, because both are cheaper and easier to work with at scale. Ghee is the cornerstone fat of Ayurvedic cooking, and it is the single biggest reason these taste the way they do: rounder, nuttier, closer to what this snack should be.

It's also the reason our ingredient list stays at three. No refined oils, no additives, nothing extra doing the work the fat should do. If you can't picture an ingredient growing somewhere, it isn't in the bag.

How to eat them

SNACK LIKE
IT'S SACRED.

  • Straight from the bag

The default, and the best one. Light enough that a handful never feels like too much.

  • On a salad

They hold their crunch far better than a crouton and bring a clean, buttery salt with them.

  • With an afternoon drink

Green tea, sparkling water, a glass of wine at six. This is the moment the snack was made for.

  • On a board

Put them in a small bowl next to the cheese and watch them disappear before anything else does.
